Do we think we’re clever, sneaky lunchboxes? Do you think I don’t see what you’re doing? Do you think I don’t know BENTO when I see it??

If you’ve at all followed any of my blogs you know that I’m in love with all things obento. I have a bento collection to rival that of the entire country of Japan – Hello Kitty, Rilakkuma, Monokuro Boo, and so on. I love the taste of the foods, the care that goes into preparation, the culture that surrounds bento and the nice feeling you get when you carefully prepare bento for a loved one.

I’ve been hoping, praying, that those briefcase-like laptop lunches would some day be rivaled by a Western version of the bento box and here it is!
